First time in the history of the Premier League,that a match will be postponed due to protest. The United-Liverpol match scheduled to hold on Sunday March 2 was postponed due to the protest at the Old Trafford Stadium.Fans filled up the arena in and out ,despite covid-19 restrictions,they were carrying placards,singing and chanting. The United fans protest was about the bad leadership of the team by the Glazer's family and saying the Glazer's family should step down. This was due to the involvement with other top 5 premeir league clubs in establishment of the European Super League before they pulled out. Fans disrupted the match earlier scheduled to hold at 4:30 GMT on Sunday. Liverpool winning the match would have handed Manchester City the premier league title.
