The Next Nigerian President is Igbo, BUT He Must Distance Himself From IPOBism

Possible Igbo presidents whom are considered 'electable' in today's Nigeria are:

1. Peter Obi

2. Dave Umahi

3. Chris Ngige

The rest are unelectable by virtue of their reputations (or lack thereof).

The above 3 are the only SERIOUS contenders for the Nigerian presidency.

The KEY for the person who wants to emerge as PRESIDENT between those three gentlemen is the level of success each achieves in distancing himself from the ideology of separatism, secessionism, tribalism, and IPOB.

The closer Nigerians feel you are to IPOB, the less inclined they will be to vote for you to be President.

You must show yourself to be a detribalised Nigerian.

Then you will win the Presidency.

Without that, FORGET IT.

A word is enough for the wise.

The Next President of Nigeria is who ever voting population of Nigeria vote for and not necessarily Ibos

Stop deceiving anybody, before they start agitating again as if Presidency is the birthright of anyone

While Umahi , Ngige and Peter Obi seem to have hibernated a year and few months to next general election....

Wike is flying around North making donations to sultan

Tinubu is donating in Katsina , Kano and Maiduguri while also giving lectures around Arewa house

strategist like Obasanjo is busy travelling from sokoto to rivers state, connecting the dots

Baba Adeboye is flying into Kaduna to meet Elrufai and to Ekiti to discuss with Fayemi

Why is your name 'amuwo'? That's a Yoruba name, and you likely live in Lagos or near there. Why haven't you packed your load and headed back home to the East? You don't need to wait for an announcement that Nigeria is split before putting your money and feet where your fat mouth is.

You have a point.

One can only force a horse to the river. Can't force it to drink.

The Igbo candidate needs to do the required legwork by reaching out to other regions, before he even gets a look-in.

I didn't really read the post, but I totally agree that the next president MUST be Igbo. Unfortunately most of the Igbo peeps don't realise that they MUST distance themselves from any seccessionist ideas to actualise that.

Did Buhari declare his seperation from Boko Haram, isis, fulani foundamentalism, shariarism and parochialism before you, his vintage supporters declared him your Lord and personal saviour in two presidential elections? And if you can only find 3 people worthy of your failed presidency from a group of over 50 million, don't you think you are utterly prejudiced against the group beyond belief?

Good question

Buhari that publicly supported the establishment of Sharia/Islamic law in ALL states of the federation in 2001 won election and reelection in 2015 as well as 2019 without renouncing ANY of his ambitions.

It only when it comes to Igbo turn in Nigeria people like amaechi2023 form hard man, hard man.

Make dem go sleep, Nigeria is not named after them.

Forget it. Is it Arewa they want to get winning votes from or where?

There is nothing like Igbo presidency in 2023.

A donkey will run 2 terms of Nigerian Presidency before Peter Obi will smell it.

All Igbos are indigenous people of Biafrans (IPOB) even Okonjo iweala, our forefathers were all murdered in cold blood by the Nigerian State. With no apology till date, there shall be no peace Forever and ever in this country until our wounds are healed.

My mom lost 2 brothers and a sister during the war. Tell me which family that didn't experience this Nigerian army genocide against we Igbos.

Wether Presidency or not there shall be hatred without end in this country.

By the way are Katsina state faring better than people in Anambra State or Oyo State since they've gotten President twice.

Liepob go on google and check statistics of biafra war and stop forming victims, Biafra army killed 45,000 Nigerians especially Niger Delta people that refuse to fight for them

Atleast both Oyo State and Katsina has a standard airport running for decades... Oyo state has the best university in Nigeria, and many first class amenities
