Please my follow Nairaland I want to know if it's right for a landlord to issue one month quit notice for a tenant that's is not owning nor did something bad to the Landlord and the wife.
He increased the price on December 23rd 2020 I said I should pay by January 2021 while my rent is supposed to expired by March 2021,I didn't pay by that January so when i wanted to renew the rent by February he said is late that I should use the money and look for another place.
Since February till today I and many people had been begging him to take the money but this man and the wife refuse to take the money,this man in question is a pastor and the wife a prophetess.
What will I do.

Let it go, you are destined to be a landlord, but this can only happen when you leave that place.
God is using this dissapointment to unload your blessings, just take it easy, start looking for another place, you'll be surprised what you'll find.

Take him to RENT TRIBUNAL AND TO HIS CHURCH.

HE AND HIS WIFE ARE MAD.
