You are a big fool. There is no state police in Nigerian constitution which makes the crime a federal crime.

Someone is trying to school you but you went ahead to remove all doubt that your stupidity is first class. The Federal Government has no powers to Charge an individual to Court for crimes committed against a State. yes, there is no state Police. The Powers of the police ends with arrest.. prosecution is a State matter based on State laws.

If banditry and kidnapping which oftentimes, result to the killing of innocent people are not a federal offences, what qualifies as a federal offence?

Sometimes I wonder how dese people reason. After sniffing cow dung, they come on a public space and talk rubbish.

From the so-called educated ones that only learnt how to read and write english to the ones pushing cows, all reason d same backward way.

Goodness me... These are the illiterate things holding important positions in the govt nd ruling sane and well educated ppl. Tufia!
what qualifies as a federal offense to this government is speaking the truth

I CAN NOW SEE WHAT THE NORTH IS TRYING TO DO THEY KNOW THEY HAVE NO POWER OR INFRASTRUCTURE TO DOMINATE OR RULE THIS COUNTRY SO THE BEST WAY TO MAINTAIN CONTROL IS TO MAK ELIFE UNBEARABLE FOR OTHER ETHNIC GROUPS THAT HAVE THE MANPOWER RESOURCES AND INTELLECT TO SURVIVE INDEPENDENTLY. YOU SEE THIS MOVE IS SIMILAR TO HAND TWISTING IF THEY TWIST IT HARD ENOUGH WITH BOKO HARAM BANDITRY KIDNAPPING SABOTAGE OF NATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE OTHER MINORITY ETHNIC GROUPS WOULD BE FORCED TO CALL THEM TO FORM A TRUCE WHAT YOU PEOPLE CALL AMNESTY THEN THEY GIVE YOU DEMANDS OF WHICH IS TO ENSURE THE FULANIS CONTINUE TO RULE THE COUNTRY AND THAT WE REMAIN ONE FORE PEACE TO REIGN. BUT I TELL YOU WHAT IF YOU WANT TO WIN THIS GAME WE JUST HAVE TO LET THEM KUKU DESTROY THE COUNTRY THEN EVERYONE GOES THEIR SEPERATE WAYS AND START AFRESH..............THE GOAL TO SURVIVING THIS CONTINAL DOMINANCE FROM THE NORTH IS TO DIVIDE NIGERIA INTO REGIONS SIMPLE

It's unfortunate that this is the only way, he can comment on the security state to keep his job. But he should know that he would never find this comment sensible when any of children or relatives are abducted.

Lai Mohammed's needs to know that his reputation in his state and in Nigeria has diminished to the point that I foresee PDP taking it's mandate back in Kwara state due his unguided statements

My appeal to any human being reading my comment, who has any solution –physically or spiritually – to ending our security menace, shouldn't hesitated to do the needful. Else, we'll all be consumed.

Make God protect us from these evil beings!

I think this man's law degree certificate supposed to be withdrawn from him because this utterance alone shows that he lacks the basic knowledge of law. No wonder Nigeria is the way it is... half-baked people in the realm of affairs.
