I think South Korea and Japan.
Both countries have insane work cultures and due to the high level of competition for good paying jobs, younger people are less inclined or do not have the opportunity to marry or even date.

In Japan, where life expectancy is one of the longest in the world (a whopping 85 years), an aging population is placing a burden on demographics. In addition, over 40% of the population make a living doing non-regular jobs, causing most people in this category to reject relationships.

A lot of women also are rejecting relationships, deeming it a waste of time. Overworking is a serious problem in Japan and many cite fatigue as a reason for not dating.

South Korea suffers from pretty much the same problems, where costs of living and personal choices have not made relationships a viable option for many. The social pyramid there is mostly occupied by middle aged people which poses a problem for when they get older.

Koreans are also suffering from low birthrates and even a government added holiday to promote more love making has not entirely succeeded.

In both countries, an aging population can be a catastrophe, where foreign investors could pull out due to a lack of cheap labor and welfare systems can be stretched. The workforce could also become less vibrant.

Should these demographics continue, Japan is expected to see almost 25% reduction in population by 2050 from current numbers.

South Korea is expected to go from 51 to 38 million people by 2100. Only 325,000 babies were born in 2018.
