*Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling and implementing software technology and/or other services. You will be responsible for implementation of Prized Consulting’s ERP and software system for our clients and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of software implementation and bringing on new business, and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities for Systems Account Executive
Create detailed project plans for ERP implementation;
Complete implementation of software project for clients;
Provide software post-implementation support for clients;
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal;
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships;
Present products to prospective clients; and
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
*Qualifications for Systems Account Executive
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role;
Knowledge of accounting principles;
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles;
Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of ERP software is a plus;
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships;
Organizational and time-management skills;
Enthusiastic and passionate; and
BSc/BA/HND in Accounting, Marketing or Business Administration.
