Job Title: Customer Representatives [Igbo & Hausa]

Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, B.SC

Age: Not more than 30 years old.

Minimum of two years experience in related position.

Must be fluent in Igbo or in Hausa language.

Must be smart and confident.

Detailed kn0wledge of communication, multi-tasking, organization and management is highly required.




Responsibilities

--Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

--Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

--Communicating with customers through various channels.

--Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

--Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer question.

--Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.

--Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, amounts, and complaints.
