I am 27yr old, single , I notice I have a lump in my scrotum when I was 20yrs which is painless. the lump seems to be attach to my left testis via something that look like a cord. the lump is like the seize of the thumb , firm in consistency , non tender, mobile and transilluminate. no remarkable change in seize since I notice it. I have done some research about it and was made to understand that it could be Polyorchidism or a cyst , . seems it is asymptomatic to me , will there be any need removing it or just observe ? though I am also scared removing it via operation and developing another complication for something that is initially asymptomatic. is there chance of cancer developing .. pls I kindly need advice from the medical expert who have experience patient with such case or those who have similar condition .........

Might be Epididymitis, you need to undergo a testicular ultrasound for proper diagnosis. |
