Jobs that NPA staff could easily handle by themself, yet they would still put it out as a contract so that the ED, GM's ,AGM's and even principal managers can cash out .

You should not look at it this way.

Rather, see it from the angle of a minister who wants best practices to be employed by government officials under his ministry.

Rotimi Amaechi is a perfectionist when it comes to official duties. He doesn't feel any fatigue in confronting officials who lag behind or engage in malpractices.

President Buhari knows Amaechi is a good man who stands for the best practices. So Amaechi is safe and free to do his best. The president understands Amaechi very well, that what matters.
