Other books in the Bible tells us that Both Jehovah and Jesus will be coming quickly. But the one in Revelation is talking about JEHOVAH. Verse 16 is being spoken by Jesus.

Malachi 3:1-6 tells us of a joint coming for judgment on the part of Jehovah and his “messenger of the covenant.” Jesus Christ.
