Once again welcome to our thread.
This project is located at Shoreline Estate Ikoyi Lagos State.

Here we did Travertino design and Istinto design which are decorative plaster finishes done with decorative putty and metallic velvet.
Its very tough and can last as long as the building remains standing.
We also did gold swahili design to bring out the beauty of the designs when the light are fixed.

As usual we started with surface preparation.
The walls have been well screeded so we applied primer in order to bind the walls together.
Then we moved into decorative designs.
