I have an elderly church member who is in his 70s. Whenever I sit close to him in church I feel so inconvenient due to mouth odour so much as to throw up.

Please, how can I be of help to him as regards the mouth odour in a very respectful manner?

Op, it could be hes dehydrated. Try getting him fruits. Plenty of fruits. It will help with rehydration and restore fresh breath.
