The low IQ rettarded news that makes front page on this site really makes me wonder if the mods were able to pass through school.....but looking at some comments on the first page, it's clear that mods aren't rettarded but only meeting the needs of a rettarded audience.......like one wise person said; "it's called raining season for a reason".

How do you think Lagos is thriving. Remember that the desert is vast... But empty. That's the north. Let's see how you transport anything not using our ports again.

We the real Yorubas know ourselves.

We can never be part of this shenanigans.

The real yoruba person is characterized by acceptable level of intelligence.

No intelligent person would support any secession,if at all, definitely not now!

Igboho is only trying to satisfy his selfish and pecuniary interest, otherwise any fight for self determination should have received the prior blessings of the majority of the affected people, via a referendum, preferably.

This is the same predicament with IPOB.No force could have suppressed the agitations of the majority of the Igbo people.

You don't just gather people and sympathisers to start polluting the environment with self determination noise.

We have cocoa and palm oil as well.I enjoy the palm oil from ondo and ife more than the chemicalised ones from the east.

No Malaysian palm oil is better than that of any Nigerian region.

The oil wells in ondo and Lagos can sustain us too.The rubber plantations only need to be revitalised.

So many other agricultural cash crops are available in the southwest, ditto other regions.

However it is very shallow thinking to assume only natural resources can develop a nation.

In this information age, our outstanding human resources and IT prowess are very much adequate and sufficient.

Every region can survive on its known, but ask America union why they are called the United States of America.

There is definitely strength in unionism.
