Job Overview

Working for an online food retailer as the main point of contact. You will play a key role to provide excellent customer service to our callers, helping to resolve their queries. We develop our teams and provide monetary rewards where expectation is exceeded.

You will help sellers and buyers on to the platform and solve related issues from sellers listing products to ensuring buyers' item delivery and order queries.

What does an average day look like?
• A typical day will see you working up to 8hrs per day virtually from the comfort of your own home.
• You will start your day signing into your phone and laptop ready to take your first call of the day and addressing any outstanding queries
• Managing social media accounts
• You will work towards meeting your target of sign-ups in a month by acquiring and uploading new sellers
• You will talk to a variety of customers with different needs. Some may want to list an item, make enquiries on costs and others might want to buy or make an enquiry on their order.
• Some days will be quiet with rest periods between calls, and other days could be busy with everyone wanting your help at once.

What do we need from you?
• A can-do spirit and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
• The ability to handle challenging calls and chats with resilience and determination.
• Basic computer skills such as navigating between systems and switching between different applications.
• Flexibility, to make sure you are available for our customers.
