He commited the crime in 2017 and ran to Nigeria. Then returned to the USA in 2021 and they arrested him. You see intelligence? They didn't even alert him in anyway, he wasn't advertised as wanted like foolish EFCC. They gathered enough evidence, remained silent until he enter USA.
