I did my bvn registration and data update to my bank uba , then sync it to other of my accounts which is required by Cbn for all bank account holders,
Late last year 2020 I find out that the UBA customer care staff that did my registration did a mistake in my number last four digits which is 1.8.0.9 but mistakenly type 4.8.0.9 , I have gone severally to uba bank to filled & update/modify it but still yet I can get my account otb which still goes to the wrong number, i even try to use all this loan app but got rejected because of the uncorresponding number digits , pls I will like uba to help me change this for me because I have applied many times in their customer care
If anyone have experience on this same issues should pls help me out. Thanks
