The late COAS was about to commence a house cleaning before this crash.

And for your information, THE ARMY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD IS JUST ANOTHER deadly mafia click.

Fani could be right .

Lest we forget how ISAH pantami threatened to (by all means possible ) eliminate PATRICK YAKOWA, the then CHRISTAIN governor of Kaduna state in 2012.

He became governor after GeJ appointed Nemadi sambo as his VP.

Pantami at the time was one of the most revered and feared Islamic scholar in the north (no thanks to his direct links to the Taliban and Al-queda).

He also said Jonathan and the then NSA Gen Owoye Azazi were killing Muslims in the north .
He also blamed Gen ihejirika.

A high powered delegation was sent to Abuja to threatened GEJ (the innefectual Buffon) and call for the sack of ihejirika. Gej cowed to their demand .

But they still had yakowa and azazi in the snipers telescope.

Then came the wedding in Bayelsa.
An Al-queda mull was planted to drive that helicopter .
He was an airforce officer .

They prayed yakowa and azazi would board at the same time (one stone to kill two birds ) and it happened they did board together .

The pilot flew them to death .
Some say a grenade was unclipped and exploded on board before a nosedive

Some say the helicopter drove down speedily to the earth in a delibrate fashion.

We are yet to see that report .

From information we have now , we hear the plane (carrying the COAS) exploded mid-air before the decent .

Well fani can explain better

Well, it could be anything but certainly not a good thing.

I know there are people who wants his job especially when the president is not known for appointing next in commands as successors.

Poor maintenance culture that Nigeria is know for caused it. Am sure they have been using that chopper for months without repair.

When T. B. Joshua church was leveled, what exactly came out of it. The man made frantic effort to ensure proper investigation, but nothing came out of it.

One annoying thing I see on Nairaland and indeed all over the world is that when someone prominent dies, it has to be a conspiracy...or inside Job....not an ordinary death.

If the COAS was an ordinary somebody, would there have been speculaiton about his death like this?

Also, it is funny that the people who mocked the Army when the COAS was alive, are now shouting conspiracy when he is dead.

All in all, PDP and APC should stop playing games with us.

There was no inside job. It was an accident. Soldier come, soldier go...plus he was not particularly effective against Boko (and Shekau dying does not mean the end of the insurgency...we have work to do...a lot.)

The enemies of state abound in our country, they think their war lords with no practical knowledge on statesmanship will take them to promise land, forgetting that these warlords are power mongers that won't relinquish power to qualified persons, an example is the state of south Sudan, still smouldering the fire of civil war .

People die everyday whether it's an insider or something else doesn't matter what is required is to create a better scrutiny process and avoid mass conveying of prominent office holders via the same vehicle.

Howbeit I'm sure the present clueless leadership won't think out of the box and this sad event will be another means for them to continue their looting sprees!

We need young visionary leaders abeg.

Inside job to kill a "fellow fulani jihadist terrorist COAS"? Is Attahiru no longer a fulani jihadist?

FFK should go sniff his coke or better still, join ipob pigs in celebrating the death of COAS as they always do.
It's two things:
Either he was planning a coup or amadioha( eastern thunder gods) brought him down.

.... Sorry for the other losses tho.

This crash is not just an accident!
The COAS must have been targeted for assassination, just like they did to the likes of Andrew Azazi, Patrick Yakowa, Alex Badeh etc.

When you're not ready to dance to the tune of the evil men running the affairs of this country, please don't accept their appointments. E get why!

ffk is a loser. Nigeria must not fall.

if Nigeria falls, it is because of the graduates we produce.

graduates that can't use their brains to solve half of our problem. the youths don't even believe in Nigeria. but you believe in America.

If your education cannot solve Nigerias problem, then your education is a waste.

you can't change Nigeria at once.focus on your community first, every good thing in life starts small.

Facebook did not just take over the world in one day. it started small, from classmates to the global society.

The recently deceased COAS was not very effective against Boko....after all army bases in the NE were overran under his watch.

As for Shekau...Shekau's boys killed Shekau. Boko Haram has been divided for a long time. Both ISWAP and Boko main have been at each other's throats for a while. So what happened is not surprising.

When all is said and done...accident na accident. Azazi and Yakowa died in an accident. Badeh died because our security services are not too good securoing lives and property, and any way they did get his killers....

And soldier come, soldier go, army remain. All in all, the Boko problem remains, and it is bgger than Shekau, Attahiru, et al.

Of course, we'll call it accident! Even when explosives get planted in the plane and programmed to explode at a specific time, it is still an accident!

I fear who no fear Nigerian leaders, especially those at the helm of affairs in the military.

Shekarau, Boko Haram leader was ambushed by a rival group got killed or killed himself or badly wounded. 24hours later the COAS and his crew was ambushed and killed too... Please connect the dots
We are in deep shit in this country. Bishop David Oyedepo was right all along.

Definitely an inside job. Someone is taking out top Southern guys in the military.

Reasons best known to them...fear of coup or possibly to weaken the South militarily.

Attahiru may just be a collateral damage as this is just another one among many to come.

...Nigeria is a shit hole, I'll always remember that.
