If you claim that the average northerner is naturally intelligent, then what brought about the quota system where northerners gain admission into the university with jamb scores of less than 50 compared to the south where the same jamb exam cut-off point for admission is pegged at 200. This only means these guys couldn't even be arsed to proof-read their speeches before going to the public. It's mainly down to laziness and a unserious, contemptable approach to academics and literacy, steming from a firm belief all the need to make it in Nigeria is to be a muslim from the core north...preferably, Fulani!
