Exercise can be tough because it’s not always easy to figure out which ones to do for specific body parts.

Additionally, it can be hard to find the time to do them. That’s why I’ve found these five exercises that target every single part of your body and only take 10 minutes a day!

Before beginning every new fitness program, you should first seek professional medical advice from your doctor.

In addition, you should make healthy eating a part of your daily routine. A healthy diet and workout routine will help you improve your mental and physical health.

If you have any chronic health problems or disabilities, see a specialist to determine which workouts are the most appropriate for you. Also, note that consistency is key!

You won't show benefits straight away, so if you stick to a regular fitness regimen (along with a balanced diet), you'll see incremental improvements in your physique and general wellbeing.
