In saner climes, the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) would by now be lunching a thorough investigation to determine the structural fitness of the project.

It's on record that most the project done by Okorocha were failing and collapsing while he was still the governor.

I remember some roads that were washed away by flood few days after commissioning.

This building collapse is a product of ok over-inflation of contracts with heavy kickback that leaves a lean fund for the contractor to prosecute the project.

The effect of the aforementioned would be to start using substandard materials, structural economizing and hiring unfit/certified experts/technicians to handle sensitive and crucial aspects of the projects.

And this same Okorocha is proffering solutions to the mess we are. That's laughable.
