Regurgitation is the action of bringing swallowed food up again to the mouth—to rechew or swallow it.
Now I want to know, is it a normal act, because I use to do it. I see it as normal and nothing serious.
How do you feel about it. Do you think it's something to stop? Or is it okay?

It's normal to regurgitate... But abnormal when you purposely do it to see peoples' reaction and trust me it isn't funny. Just like my kid sister any little thing she takes be it water or snack she does it but on a closer look I noticed she was doing it so I can tell her sorry or bless you whichever .

You need therapy, it's a behavioural disorder.
