If a couple erstwhile married gets divorced,and a few months later when tempers are cooled the man gets the lady pregnant or has sexual intercourse without them being officially re-united,can this be considered adultery or fornication,since they aren't officially married? |

If they aren't separately married to other people, it can't be said to be adultery. Though yes, it could be called fornication. They should re-marry then and have their child(ren). |
