Mixed reactions have trailed a video clip where the human rights activist Omoyele Sowore was said to have shot by a female officer in Abuja.

Following an earlier report that the identity of the trigger-happy police officer who allegedly shot Sowore on his thigh has been identified, a contrary story is making round amongst social media users who doubt the reality of the incident after watching the video.

In the video, one of the protesters hastingly dropped something but we could not ascertain what exactly he dropped due to the poor quality of the video.
