A reputable organization within the Festac axis has a vacancy for Front Desk Officer, who will be responsible for: Greeting guests, Customer service, Maintain records and files, Answer questions, answer and redirect incoming calls, accept and distribute letters and packages to the specific departments.

Key Responsibilities and background:
• Greet guests and provide them with excellent customer service
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper
• Monitor, organize and forward emails
• Track and order office equipment and supplies
• Maintain records and files
• Oversee the office budget
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages
• Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments

Critical Skills & Personal Attributes:
• A first degree in social sciences, business administration, and other related fields
• 1 – 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
