All other banks should follow suit and move their cash to CBN vault in Lagos.

It is no brainer that ugm branch of ipob will soon start robbing banks. They are currently brainstorming on the modalities to be adopted so the robbery will be a success.

Who doesn't know ipob pigs are criminals hiding under agitation to rob people of their hard earnings? undecided

That was the date for the sit at home, they're fully aware they'd be no movement what's the point of wasting expenses.

Op show the date stop misinformation

Even though we don't support the activities of arsonists we shouldn't sponsor fake news

Fake news.

The branch closure happened on the Biafra memorial day.

You screenshoted an old post to make it seem like it's a new post.

The OP covered the date and timestamp from their Twitter page to deceive people.

Kindly close thread mod.

Lalasticlala, please close thread for false information. There is nothing like suspension of Operations according to what the OP posted.

Banks hardly observe holidays, u should be concerned that a bank decides to close temporarily due to fear of its customers being harrased

Nice one.
Other banks should follow.

Then cut inflow of food from the north to their region.
Mount OP on all roads that enter southeast and make sure all tankers loaded with petroleum are denied entry.

They must receive by force.

You're very ignorant.

Banks observe holidays. Even in some south western states Banks don't open on Abiola remembrance day.

You should be more concerned about your ignorance.

U mentioned people should be worried that a bank decided to close for a day. The same day people observed a sit-at-home thereby closing down their businesses and other activities. Wetin Bank wan open for? Did U not see the clear message that they would be closing for A DAY which is the same sit-at-home date?

lolz, I never even near border since them born me.

Except national holidays, banks hardly observe one.
Its cool that its a temporal shutdown, I think if things are not in checked, the SE region will experience something they never wished for.

This is Nigeria where ordinary peaceful protest was hijacked and the country turned lawless for few days

Did I mention business? Except national holidays, banks doesn't observe holidays, in fact banks no deh even go strike.

It should be of great concern if they observe a temporal shutdown, this is due to fear of harrasment, I dont understand how u guys doesn't see anything bad in it.

Its a matter of time before things get hijacked and gets out of hand in SE, this is Nigeria where ordinary peaceful protest was hijacked.
There are things u should condemn if it posses a threat to the future

You utterly sound so so disappointed that firstbank duely observed the sit-at-home order by Nnamdi Kanu on 31/05/2021 grin
