The CBN should print at least 5 Billion Naira Cash tagged "kidnappers cash" with special numbers only known by the CBN.

Where there's is a kidnapping and the kidnappers request cash payments (usaully in millions), the "kidnappers cash" should be used as ransom.

The information on how security operatives and banks would go about the track and trace is purely confidential as we probably have some kidnappers reading this.

This can only work in western civilized hitech countries.

A good suggestion, but same CBN staff, security agents and politicians who are privileged to access such a sensitive intelligence will blow it to the media and may also leak it to the potential kidnapper.
