Actually, the spare parts traders can easily relocate to any suitable land across the IMO river bridge to Abia state........... it is akin to relocating teju Osho market to elsewhere in Lagos island, Abia state its that close to central port Harcourt. Their customers will simply cross the bridge to their new site, I do not know why past and the present governors of abia state are so dull !
