As usual, the anti-North comments are all over the place. Even when no names were released, the shallow and loud mouthed commenters from the other regions will still assume those who failed are abokis.

The OP and all those commenting rubbish here are foolish. I can see none is even a civil servant as to know if those that failed truly failed.

The vakant seat for perm sec is less than the number of Directors who wrote the exams.

Every Director cant be selected. They have selected those with the highest score.

Im shocked reading some useless comments here.

So you go school yet you no understand simple comprehension?
For your information those listed 5 States were the owners of where those perm sec retired and their replacement MUST COME FROM THOSE STATES.
What that means is that Candidates at the director level from those 5 States can only seat for those examinations, test and interview.

What do you expect, when you keep plotting round pegs in square holes? The one in lagos couldn't have gotten there without the approval of that thug called tinubu and that's why we say we don't want him anymore. He has his grip on Ekiti too because his rulership extends there. Gov Fayemi is one of his errand boys and that's what you see when political jobbers flock around all these corrupt politicians. Gov fayemi had no single company before joining politics. He was a script writer employed by tinubu to spread his propaganda and that's all. Have you ever heard of MC Oluomo of Lagos? Google him. He would have held a key political office too , had he primary school leaving certificate. There are millions of qualified ekiti and lagos indigenes who would have occupied those positions and passed excellently but they'd never allow them get there. That's what Tinubu's presidency would give birth to, ( God forbid) Don't forget ekiti has the highest number of educated people including professors till date.

When will you stop vomiting rubbish? Will you pretend to know that fayemi has fallen out with tinubu or that those directors are also products of the agberoish fayose? So fayose is now educationally better than fayemi abi

the EXAMS are meant to determine how CAPABLE they are !

if you don't give EXAMS, you will have SUBSTANDARD people in those positions

GboyegaD:
Hmmm...I don't understand why they need to write an exam for promotion. If they are not capable, don't promote them. There are all year metrics on their performance with which they could be judged.

You seriously lack comprehending simple statements and write ups.
There is no way you can pass any IQ test.

The states mentioned are states with vacancies to be filled up by the the new permanent secretaries.

That guy has nothing between his ear's how could he have concluded that the 21candidates that failed the exam are from those four states can just four have produce 21 in 46 candidates in a coutery

Stop spewing trash guy. Where did i mention fayose in my post...always looking for attention where there's none. Of course,
I'd have mentioned fayose had he participated in the recommendation of the director who failed the promotion exams for sure.

Who told you fayemi had fallen out with Tinubu? White lies! The guy who failed the test was recommended by tinubu, same way the latter recommended Bidemi Rufai , same guy who defrauded USA Govt and still in their custody, to Gov Dapo Abiodun as his aide. The Governor didn't know Bidemi from adams. Fayode's position as the Governors Forum Chair made people like you think he's fallen out of tinubu. Who made him who he is today...yourself? That's same way some half-baked political analysts claimed Aregbesola had also fallen out with Tinubu. Dem no get that liver, except they want to be politically irrelevant because thats their source of livelihood.

Maybe I'd not have remembered fayose
had you not digressed. Fayose had thriving business before entering politics. Stainless Autos at Challenge Ibadan can't be forgotten in a hurry by those who really knew fayose back then.

So untrue. We have over emphasized book knowledge in Nigeria. If it was about books, SSCE shouldn't be the minimum requirement for Presidential candidates.
