The worst Governor in South East if not Nigeria. He should go and learn development project strategies from Ebonyi State.
Wike built 4 dual carriage flyovers (Artillery, Rumuokoro, Garrison and Rumuola) under 2 years despite covid 19 saga. He's still building 4 more and 1 of them is 80 percent completed.
While our governor is busy taking selfies and masturbation with foundational stage of work in audio project.
wow this one deep oh

Rivers State is like 5 times richer than Enugu. I know Ugwuanyi is a terrible governor, but money is always a factor. You need money to work.

Rivers State is in the league of Lagos; you should be comparing Wike with Sanwo-Olu and Udom Emmanuel....those dudes control a lot of money.
So how is Ugwuanyi comparable to Ebonyi State that receives much lover allocation from FG

Umahi halved Ebonyi civil servants' salaries to raise funds for those projects? Those civil servants are criticizing him heavily for that.

Besides, he doesn't employ civil servants every now and then like regular Nigerian governors. Is that what you want in Enugu?

Now, you have your answer.

I don't know about any halving of civil servants salaries. Did anyone in Enugu State tell you that Enugu Civil servants are enjoying their full entitlements? Have u seen how horrible the city centres look let alone the rural local government areas. No pensioner in Enugu has received gratuity or retirement benefits ever since the men took office?

So, here's what I'm confused about.

Did anyone notice that the engineers undertaking these projects are almost always Turks and Lebanese?.
This brings me to the reason why I'm confused.

We have a gazillion civil and mechanical engineering professors, and civil, and mechanical engineering graduates in Nigeria. This thing is taught and even first-class degrees awarded in any and every Nigerian university.

How then is it that we almost always hire either fake oyinbo, Chinese, or Germans in the case of the second niger bridge, to construct our roads, bridges, airports, petrochemical plants, etc?.

What exactly are the B. Eng. and M. Eng. of these schools awarded for?. How does this make any sense?
