It is a weak, tired, casual response from Garba Shehu.
There were two different articles from Foreign Policy and Foreign Affairs. Interestingly, I spoke with Ambassador Campbell some few weeks ago at a Florida event and he told me this was coming.

Sadly, everything in those papers are very, very exact. And even conservative.
FP and FA are two publications known for (1) influencing America's foreign policy and (2) DC lobbying and lobbyists.
