A. The African Union's Headquarters should be relocated to the Democratic Republic of Congo
Reasons:
1) Geography and Economy :
Ethiopia is geographically too far from most of African countries.
Going there cost a lot on airplane fuel.
The DRC is right there almost at he center of Africa, at almost equal distance from East Africa, West Africa , Southern part of Africa, and North Africa. It is a win-win situation for everyone
2) History.
The DRC is the place that went through the bloodiest colonial occupation (under King Leopold II )
It is also the land of Patrice Lumumba, one of the most prominent Pan- Africanist leaders.
He was assassinated due to his fight for the dignity of Africa.
3) Culture
Ethiopians are confused, many if not the majority of them do think they are Black or Africans.
So why waste time among folks who do not know who they are?

B. The Pan-African Parliament should be relocated to Lesotho or to Eswatini

Reasons:
1) Most populated English-speaking countries and French-speaking African will not stop fighting for leadership. Worse South Africans think they are better than anyone, not understanding that French -speaking African countries don't give a F **** about what a south -African might believe.
2) Lesotho or Eswatini being small countries, their elected officials will not play the bully guys during parliament sessions unlike the South-Africans.

South Africa is not being a bully. Francophone countries and West Africa in general need to decolonize their minds, that's why France still controls them. You often call out to be recolonised in order to achieve economic development like Southern Africa, and one member of the PAP even called out for it to be relocated to France - just imagine! And that's what SA is fighting against.

These are the reasons why Julius Malema disrupted proceedings, according his EFF party:
