Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Enugu, Owerri, Anambra, Asaba and Benin

Responsibilities
Supports customers by providing helpful information.
Answering questions, and responding to complaints.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Direct customers to online resources.
Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
Develop a rapport with customers.

Specification
ND,NCE,HND and BSC in any relevant discipline.
1year work experience.
Good Knowledge of customer service.
Acceptable presence.
Good verbal/written communication.

Salary
N50,000 - N150,000 monthly
