Good day. Please I need interpretation to this dream

In an office with a current colleague. Looked like he spoke to me about a junior colleague and how I should stop supressing the junior colleague. I then scattered a surface searching for money.

Thereafter, I walked through a bush/grass/flower path noticing that schools were on holiday in anticipation of the visit of the head of my church. I also noticed that some flowers were already drying up/ not too fresh. I saw a bike rode by a lady I know and was happy I will get a ride soon. This lady is old and has issues with her husband. She refused carrying me and carried someone else. I then walked towards the gate entrance to the place where the church head will enter and saw an old friend walk past in. Suddenly a drunk followed him in and as he was entering, the drunk started pursing me. I ran then stopped and charged at him asking if he knew who I was.
