I don't know how best to handle this Union bank USSD issue. I have been trying to transfer some money to a relative who needs urgent medical help via union bank USSD code. After dialing *826# and the new #6.98 service charge popped where i was asked to proceed by pressing "1". After pressing "1" to proceed, the message that popped thereafter is "invalid shortcode entered". How do i go about this? I have tried again several times but it's still the same. Is anyone experiencing this or therd a way i can bypass this? Note: i still transfered via USSD on saturday evening without any hassle and the the new service charge didn't pop up. I suspect service issue because i use Glo. Please help! |

I am currently having the same problem since last week now. All their customer care lines are unavailable nor reachable. Please somebody should help! |
