College pieces of training for sports are the last step before entering into the professional world of sports. Collegiate players most spend of their college career in training and comparing. Besides, they spend additional hours before recruitment. According to research, college players spend 34 hours with a dedication to their sports. Supposing, they sleep for seven hours per night, and roughly 28% of their weekly activities included practices for completion with wearing 3m sunglasses.

Even their rest time when they spend out of the practice is also well-organized, planned, and controlled. So that they can stay uninjured, healthy, and successful life. However, this way of living can help a collegiate player to carry on professional sports. Majority of them not to be employed and no need any kind of preparation for the outside sports life of organized players.

One study found that only a few percentage collegiate players can carry on to play professionally. While most of them transitioned their life which doesn’t revolve around sports talent. Modification is a difficult process regardless of where they are happening and when as well.
But they can stand firmly particularly all challenges that are adopted in the competitive standard of living. However, these modifications can lead may stress and health issues. Besides, it can leave the college player physically and mentally unprepared for sports life.

One of the toughest parts of transition life from a highly active lifestyle to a less active style is to maintain a healthy diet.
After decreasing the activities and age of the players, they need appropriate adjustment to what they are eating according to their current health condition. People are affected most by the food they eat. Because some food leads to poor health and a more inactive lifestyle. In a transition period, these foods should be avoided to keep up an active and beatable lifestyle.

Sportsmen should not follow essential changes, but they just make sure about the size of the portion, fibers, and food type they are eating. Green vegetables and fresh seasonal fruits are a major part of a healthy diet. Besides, keep hydrating is a major part to maintain a healthy life. Keep hydrating is necessary for the sportsman and keep remember to drink water with little breaks.
So, players who have no longer participation in games, they shouldn’t say goodbye a balanced, healthier, and happier life.
