Brush twice get a good herbal toothpaste with BASIL,CLOVE and GINGER properties now get dry garlic mix with it with the toothpaste brush day and night plus your tongue too.
Secondly get ORIGINAL coconut oil use it has mouthwash please Dont swallow it will extract the bateria from your mouth do this for 10-20mins before spitting it out then BRUSH with that get cinannon chew a little after brush or soak the cinnamon in HOT water let it dissolve well then rinse it with your mouth cinnamon not only have antibacterial properties and leaves your mouth with good odor, u must make sure its well concentrated. Or in replacement of the cinnamon get a Glassjar BAKING SODA ,LEMON, measure a teaspoon of the baking soda pour into the glass jar then squeeze lemon inside it mix with little water then use it as mouthwash PLEASE DON'T
SWALLOW the baking soda mixture .Get tumeric powder too before the listed procedure if u notice bleeding gum,swollen gum or space within tooth massage that area with the tumeric powder allow it for some minutes u can swallow or rinse it i mean the tumeric powder or after brush at night massage the tumeric powder dont rinse go to bed like that it will fight the bateria inbetween tooth and mouth at night while u sleep. Now before I recommend anything, you need to be sure of the cause of the odour. It could be as a result of the kind of foods you eat (eg fresh fish, spices, garlic) or an untreated cough with phlegm bulidup at the back of your throat or sinuse buildup in your nostrils.

If it's as a result of the food you eat, then stop it.

If it's as a result of sinusitis, then the remedy below will help.

This remedy requires caution when using it especially if you have other underlying health conditions. So, check to be sure you're not suffering from any health conditions like High BP, kidney disease or heart palpitations.

Now, this saline flush is a salt solution.
Put a half teaspoon of salt into half glass of water and use part of it to gargle your mouth and throat very well and spit out.
