The Holy Spirit is not going to give anyone an answer different from the one that Jesus Christ gave to us over 2000 years ago - He will never contradict Jesus Christ's teachings and commandments so rather than ask Him what obviously had been answered, why not simply do exactly what Jesus Christ commands, which is you consider the fruits of the person question.

God is True and He is also God of Laws and His Laws are everlasting Covenants to peoples, and God's Laws are to be obeyed.

2. The idea that "cleanliness is next to godliness" is not found in the Bible at all. God never gave His people ruies on bathing, or the sort, suggesting that it is somehow tied up with their Holiness. Holiness refers instead to the living of a life in complete submission to and obedience of God's comandments/rules - the washing of hands, clothing, sheets, and all other superficial cleanliness rules are nothing but meaninglessness where God is concerned.

The filth God loathes is not that of your body(body odour etc.), but instead what you have stored up inside of your heart..sin - that is the filth that makes one unholy, the only thing God can't abide. Other than that, you can chose to remain stinky for a year if you want, so long as your heart is submitted to and in obedience to God, God is happy with you!

Any doctrine that teaches that Holiness has to do with the way you take clean and care for your body or sheets, are not of God but of men. In Matthew 15 vs 1 - 14, God warned us all against listening to and following these doctrines and traditions of men, lies He called them, which instead drive you further away from the Truth of God than towards God by causing you to be distracted by that which is meaningless to God - Mark 7 vs 1 - 23.

You wrote all the above because you don't read the Bible, it's true that the exact word cleanliness is next to godliness is not found in the bible but God made it vividly clear that he will not tolerate filth, I will recommend you study the book of leviticus and read all the laws of God on cleanliness. He also told the children of israel while in the wilderness to always go further from their camp, dig the ground and hide their faeces there or else He would break out among them. Abraham washed the feet of his visitors, and Jesus washed the feet of his disciples. Read what Jesus said about cleaning in John 13:10. In the old testament the priest had to wash his hand and feet before ministering at the alter. Revelations19:14 talks about the appearance of the army of God, check it out. There are too many instances in the bible but as a Muslim I had to be the one pointing them out to you a christian.

I took time to explain all this because of someone who might read your comments and think it's okay to live a dirty life while serving God, I'm not really addressing you because I know no matter what I say all you want to do is win an argument, but why don't you experiment with this your beliefs, try and not take your bath and be sleeping like that for a week and if you are spiritually sensitive note the difference. 1. Are you of the Tribe of Levi that the laws God gave specifically to those descended from Levi of the blood of Jacob, the priests of Israel, should be of particular concern to you?
