Ughelli man I don catch you

So I learnt that Baba came to work very early before others had resumed with empty gallons, a galvanised pipe and funnel to siphon petrol from the underground tank of Chief Oshasha's filling station.

But he forgot that it is not everybody that serves our God who is a merciful God.
Chief Ovuoke Oshasha is a proper businessman and Mazi Obasi Lawson (Sobaz Oil) is not only an Arochukwu son but also one who goes all the way to ensure the growth, safety and success of his investments.

When the rest resumed for duty, they found baba inside the tank diligently drinking petrol like Hennessy VSOP.

Too bad he learnt the hard way that you shouldn't steal from where you work but his story will serve as a good example.

There is something strange and mysterious about NwaAmaikpe. That guy (spirit) has an extreme intelligence and an eccentric line of thought.

People make mistakes. Attributing a mistake to work of juju sounds like tales by moonlight.

If you enter any enclosed space deficient of oxygen, you will be unconscious in 4minutes, and dead in about 10 to 15mins. How he became a manager without knowing the dangers of enclosed space is baffling!

Not all managers in such facilities are safety officers nor given such awareness...an underground tank is a confined space and one should have full understanding about work in confined space before gaining access to it...One characteristics of a confined space is that it has insufficient oxygen , dangerous gases or chemicals can also be found there ,it can also accommodate reptiles etc, work in a confined space is also carried out by a competent person. You also don't spend more than an hour in any confined space work , such work is also carried out with a duly signed permit to work system PTW , confined space work are also done under close supervision with a constant means of communication and also workers in a confined space are attached with life line for ease of rescue in event of emergency. In summary you don't gain access into a confined space without proper inspection...Go through the company's HSE policy submitted to DPR you may likely see a well spelt out policy with zero implementation. You can't be too familiar with your work. A proper incident Investigation should be carried out.

One question for you, what if this is a case of homicide, made to look like an accident?
Seriously, alot of murderers go scot free in this country due to lack of
proper investigation, we just believe what the crime scene suggests at first sight, and then pack up everything, just like that, case closed......not even an autopsy to determine if it's even the fuel that killed him or if he had other injuries that's not as a result of the fuel...
why waste money on a dead body, the Money for autopsy should be use for something reasonable.

Before we start suspecting village people and co workers, an autopsy should be carried be carried out as this looks like asphyxiation, lack of oxygen in the tank.
autopsy was concluded today, the manager died as a result of fuel inhalation(fuel fumes). I will post the autopsy report once I get it. Therefore its safe to conclude dat d manager went to steal, and he died in the process. What a cheap death. His death doesn't even worth 10,000naira.

sharap ur mouth, go and ask d manager's family. Autopsy is out, the manger is a thief and died in d process.
