When a public fund is stolen this morning by Mr A and he's caught immediately today, it will take the govt if they are lucky and the man did not start doing court gragra, at least 2-3 years before the money can be touched again. And if the man is a stubborn thief who insist he didn't do it and he plays maradona with judiciary it can take 10 years. GEJ did a lot including appropriate pricing of gas. Without appropriate price regime, nobody will invest in gas. Liquefaction of gas is expensive but profitable.
