A personal opinion on the recent communique From The Igbo Northern Leaders by Nobody: 10:28pm On Jun 16, 2021
Igbos , our struggle has come to a head. This is no time for partying, getting drunk or chasing crazily after money. We are in a serious situation. The recent herdsmen attacks which ESN mitigated somewhat and infiltration of strangers from the north into our villages, towns, cities and farms is no coincidence, it is all planned and orchestrated by an Al-Qaeda led and affiliated Nigerian government. There is a concerted effort by intelligence officials and government agents to destabilise the south east as a ploy for occupation and subjugation. We must resist.

Our Igbo leaders in the North are more concerned with $$$$$$ that the general well being and protection of the entire Igbo race. Their lust for temporary material gain has beclouded their judgement.

When the United States warned the Nigerian government that there were plans by terrorist groups, Al-Qaeda and ISIS to penetrate Southern Nigeria, they were not joking , it was all based on intelligence. The US also knows that there are terrorists in Buharis government and this will be made clear very soon. Southern Nigeria is in their cross hairs and their foot soldiers have been pouring in from the North and Sahel - unchecked. Arms are also being smuggled in and they are currently preparing for the next phase of their plan. For now they continue to kidnap our people and take huge payments of ransom money which are used to fund their Jihad.

Our ancestral land is the most important thing we have in this world and they want it. If it goes we are finished as a people; therefore we must unite , pull our resources together and defend our people from the ongoing attacks by Fulani Herdsmen, ominous threats from the Nigerian government and subtle plans to unite the country against the Igbos in a bid to perpetrate another genocide. We know this will not work because this is not 1967, this is 2021. In other words we must sacrifice our time, money and resources to prevent this imminent threat on behalf of our children and generations yet unborn.

These so called Nigerian leaders are in cahoots with terrorists and they still harbour bitterness against the Igbos for the slaying of their beloved avid Igbo hater , Ahmadu Bello. You can very quickly observe how they conduct their business and governance , all based on the pattern laid out by Ahmadu Bello. It’s even worse now, as they align with terrorist groups in the Sahel who have cunningly creeped into the country and are slaying thousands across the land; from Zamfara to Ebonyi, they rape, maim, murder and then take possession of the land. This is typical Jihad style. And remember they also have their southern allies who are more aligned with the idea of a Sharia utopia than a prosperous and progressive southern Nigeria. You can never trust these ones or depend on them. They are allies of the northern jihadists.

If we do nothing about the current situation, our land will be islamised, our freedom will end and a reign of terror will commence.

Think deep and I hope you enjoyed my write up.

So that they can be made vulnerable by the utterances of some misgruntled Igbo youths right?

If your relatives are in Northern states , have business and properties, may be you won't say this

True, and I see where you are coming from. They should therefore live peaceably with their neighbours and perhaps disassociate themselves from groups they vehemently disagree with.

However, they have no authority to clamour for one Nigeria and speak as one voice for all igbos worldwide. We do not negotiate with genocidal ethnic bigots like Buhari and his entourage of Al-Qaeda affiliated terrorist sympathisers.

Thanks.

Even Though I don't fancy our people living and doing business in the north, spare us this your conspiracy theory that you guys have used to brainwashed our people to stupor. Who is doing the killing in the East now? Who is burning houses and business places in the East today?
Is it not our people? When you kill the military and burn police state down, what do you expect if not occupation?
You guys are doing more harm than good to Igbos, you should know that.

Igbo Northern leaders again?

I thought the communique was issued by some fulanis disguising as igbos.

I don't understand, is it that ipob always know the truth but always choose lying to themselves?

We are not dot, later, we are proudly dot.
We don't need Niger Delta, later, lamidi cownu rejected 5 states.
We own 98% Lagos, later, Tinubu owns Lagos.
We developed Lagos, later Lagos is developed because it was former nation's capital.
I can go on and on, nawao. undecided

Ask Nnamdi Kanu, I am not IPOB.

You must also be blind to the death of hundreds of Igbo farmers, villagers and children at the hands of Fulani herdsmen who without permission setup camp on peoples ancestral land. We haven’t even talked about rape and abductions. Not forgetting as well the impoverishment of the people through the imposition of wicked leaders and the massacre of peace protesters. Try and do some reading and come up to speed with recent events or zip it.

The way I see it is that the so calked Ezendigbo North, if they actually exist, are a handful of people who are trying to prevent a massacre of Igbos living in the North

It is tragic that people will always be afraid of being masacared in place they said is their country

Just the same way Kanu doesn't have the authority to speak too. Respect their opinion on one Nigeria and they will respect yours too
