Ok so I'm well aware of the fact that I have to open a usa account/ usa billing address to save my bank details on playstore  , which I've done for my gtb card  . now I'm trying to add my cousin uba card to playstore but I can't . It keeps saying my card issuer declined this request . There is nothing wrong with his card so pls how do I fix this I'm thinking maybe his card wasn't registered for online payments if so how can I change it Tnx in advance  |

The card issuer ( uba bank) decline the request. Contact Uba bank consumer care service. |
