Our client seeks to hire a visual professional to bring architects’ 2D drawings to life by making plans, architectural illustrations, and other reference materials to produce photo-realistic 3D images, animations of proposed interior spaces.
Key Functions
• Constructing computer-aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentations
• Participating in research and presentation of new 3D design proposals to clients or managers
• Assisting interior designers, architects, or graphic designers in space planning and design details
• Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to models
• Creating 3D models from Architectural plans, rough sketches, or real-life objects using special rendering software
• Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively
• Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields and delivering designs
Job Responsibilities
• Understand and handle architectural CAD drawings
• Be capable of modelling projects from minimum sketches, supervision, and coordinate independently with architects and third parties when required
• Provide efficient modelling and converting data sets from CAD, Revvit, or other 3D modelling packages
• Work on Architectural 3D modelling, Unwrapping, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation, Rendering on Visuals and Walk-through projects
• Create an extremely photorealistic interior, landscape Visuals, and Animation using 3Dmax/V-Ray/Lumion, Corona Renderer
• Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations on 3D renderings
• Have an eye for detail in Post-Production to enhance visuals/walk-through using Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, and other plug-in & special effects software
• Create 3D walkthrough & fly-through animation
• Be part of a well-trained and technically sound team
• Stay Updated with the latest software used in the visualization field
• Explore new technologies for both hardware and software to increase company services and improve our quality of visualizations and increase efficiency

The General Manager will oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit to include:

• Control budgets and optimize expenses

Our Client, an Interior Design and Architecture firm is seeking to bring on board a Project Manager who will manage the day to day production on specific projects to meet deadlines accurately. The Ideal candidate should have prior experience in quantity surveying and the use of AUTOCAD.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze and guide space and design planning for the implementation of interior design strategies.
• Manage designers’ calendars, arrange stakeholder meetings, and maintain sample libraries.
• Conduct site visits to ensure standards and schedules are met.
• Manage schedule, metrics collection, shipping, inventory, and accounting for specified projects.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and staff to communicate and enforce project goals and deadlines.
• Responsible for all aspects of planning, budgeting, and execution for interior design projects in the organization.
• Coordinates with other project leaders (Interior architect and Interior designer) and other project team members to implement the client’s plan.
• Closely monitors progress for all aspects of the project and ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective implementation of the project plan.
• Regularly communicates with the client, providing regular status updates and handling any questions or changes.
