In 2003, the then governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu awarded a contract to a company called Alpha Beta Consulting LLP, that was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) the same year to collect taxes on behalf of Lagos state at 10% commission. Thanks to court documents and a sworn affidavit filed before the Lagos State High Court, by it's former Managing Director Alpha Beta,Dapo Apara, we have come to know he was the owner of the company through several fronts.
