Doesn't look a like safely standard building to me.
There will be some issues at some point when you rush a 10-storey building in less than 2 days.

It's called modular buildings/construction system. Always been in existence, they just took it a notch higher. Lived in one that was shipped to Nigeria from London as a child, though a bungalow. I learnt about it in school again as an architecture student several years ago. It saves time and cost. If we adopt that in Nigeria, we may be able to solve the lingering housing deficit issue.

Wow! Interesting.... but sometimes it's not about how quick it being constructed but the durability.

The Chinese are king when it comes to precast engineering.
They can assemble Burj khalifa in less than a month mayhaps, using precast concretes.

This house is baffling me as I continue to reason the "what if" factor.

Science and Tech at work, they should consider the Nigerian market, there is a shortage of housing to be met, would advise a duplex, bungalow prototype though.
