hmmm don't be too sure about that coz this is Nigeria where prisoners are swapped self. As u ve read the dad is still behind his murderer as a daughter, all he needs is about 2m to get a good lawyer and the case will be reduced to self defense that's when prosecution will be lucky to get 10years conviction.
