1.0 Construction of one bedroom block of flats in Ogun State.

This building is made up of three floors comprising of 4 nos ONE bedroom apartment on each floor with three staircases.

Foundation type: Pad and wide Strip

2. Construction of a mixed development in Lagos.
The building consists of a church auditorium, offices, residential apartments with car park on the ground floor.
The building is made up of three floors and a pent with two staircases, a lift shaft and shear walls

Foundationion Type: Raft beam and slab

Lintel and columns : formwork, reinforcements and casting

Block setting continues to the soffit of the beams and slab.
The beams are 600-450mm x 225mm and the slab thickness is 150mm.

We are procuring materials for the beam and slab formwork for the next stage of works

Second floor beam and slab formwork.

We also reuse some of the woods like the Marine boards, 2x2 and bamboo.

How did the client planning to meter each tenant?
Are they going to have individual generator?
How do you want to connect the building to national grid? individual or combined

Because this is a service apartment.
