Dear zombies, please don't worry. The hunger will never reach you. Buhari has provided a special market where you and your family members can buy foods cheaply. Only Wailers will experience the hunger.

So, you can continue in your Zombified way of life. Nothing do you.

An editorial with solution proffering.. This is the kind of an editorial Nigeria media should focus on not all this blame game.

Nice one

We like English language.

Solution proferring to the dumb ears of the Nigerian regime which was actually elected to profer solutions.

As if they listen to anyone.
How many solutions have been offered the Pharaohs in power, that they have wickedly and proudly rejected and condemned every good line of reasons.

"Niger State Governor, Abubakar Bello, recently warned of imminent famine in the agrarian state. He said, “Bandits have forced us to change our way of life in Niger State; they stopped our children from going to school, stopped us from travelling on our roads, stopped farmers from going to the farms…”

Who is to be blamed here?

President Buhari is not a person to be blamed here. The person responsible for safety of citizens in any nigerian state is the state governor. The 1978 land act laws in Nigeria made it clear that the state governor has the sole authority to determine who should reside in their state.

And, I can't think of any thing nigerian state governors have done to prevent criminals from taking over their states.

State governors in Nigeria should recruit security personnel in their states to evict bandits. That is a good strategy to wipeout all those criminals in Nigeria

Finally, I want to ask all Nigerian states governors to stop being crying babies. Create and engage in some innovative ways to wipeout criminals in your state.

The situation is worrisome, people are willing to go back to farm but are afraid to enter farm because of herdsmen.
thousands of farmers have been killed in their silently here in Taraba state.
just recently, thousands of Tiv, who are the major farmers here were displayed from their settlement in Gaso, Donga and some part of Wukari local government areas by Fulani herdsmen and their farm (both yam, maize, rice, etc) taken over by cows.
it will be very difficult for God to forgive buhari for this hardship he plugged the country into.

Bro, me too ate cocoGhana last in 2001 while visiting my Baptist High School friends in Iwo that year. My friends would simply say, "guy, we are going hunting for cocoGhana". That thing is sweet. I don't know why it's not sold in the markets.
it aint sold Probably because it few and it an hunted fast tuber to cook and since no one can rightly claim ownership of the cocoyam; i guess it automatically make it an endanger tuber hence going extinction

Do you know jow many farmers were displaced from.their farms in Nasarawa a week or two ago? Over 40,000 farmers.

There's hunger in the land, brother.

There's this woman who owns a provision store right in front of my house, and, just recently, I noticed how empty her shop is now. Like there's nothing to buy from that shop anymore. She just sweeps and open the shop with nothing to sell.

When I asked my mum what happened, she said the woman was feeding her kids with what she sells, and her husband is not helping. It's just so sad.

Now that they've eaten everything in the shop with nothing left to sell, how will they survive?

Too bad.
