Ask this to your teachers. I think they will be in a position to advise you appropriately. Or are you not in school?

Am also preparing for next year's jamb but i started last month.

This are the books am using and they are great.(at least to my taste),

Biology: Modern Biology
Physics: secondary school physics, lamlad physics.
Chemistry: understanding chemistry, lamlad chemistry.

NB: they aren't the best. This is strictly my view as i have been using them for a while now.

BIOLOGY : EXPLICIT BIOLOGY ( Google it) by oj olaoye

PHYSICS : SCIENCE PHYSICS popularly called AFOLABI PHYSICS

ENGLISH : FUNDAMENTAL FORMULAS OF ENGLISH ( Google it) by barrister iyoha.

You don't need past questions ( except maybe English) if you follow these textbooks judiciously because they have excess jamb related questions. Jamb will be a gentle breeze for you after you devour these books. Guaranteed.

These are the books that has made me and many of my colleagues medical students in unilag by God's grace.
