This letter is in circulation. It was supposedly written by the management of University of Calabar to over 42,000 graduates who are yet to collect their certificates. Why on earth will someone go through our university stress for over 4 years, graduates and refuse to collect his/her certificate. Not to be insensitive, a whole lot of reasons. Some might have died, some money issues, even a huge chuck might have travelled for greener pasture. We will not labour in vain...
