What I find very discomforting is the 30% of NNPC yearly revenue earmarked for Oil exploration in Northern Nigeria. This doesn't sound right in many ways than one 1 Like |

What is this 30% of NNPC yearly revenue budgeted for Oil exploration in North I'm seeing.. have you catered for the host communities in existing Oil exploration sites that you want to spend money to look for Oil in North. Issues like this is where the SS and SE senators and rep members will keep quiet because they don't want to offend North.. but if it's a bill that will favour SW, e.g. Special status grant for Lagos, Special derivation funds for Lagos and Ondo producing Oil, they'll find their voice and kill it. Later they will come and be preaching Southern Unity 1 Like |

LeeSantos: Abeg, in layman's level of understanding, explain to us what this bill is about that makes it so special. Becos even without passing this bill, all these things you have said are normal things that seemed to have been there all along. |
